About Me
As a child and adolescent psychotherapist, I am well versed in the various forms of psychological stress. During my studies in social work and throughout my therapeutic training and professional activity, I have had the privilege of accompanying people in very different life situations – from acute crises to long-standing mental health problems.
In doing so, I have experienced how unsettling psychological complaints can be, regardless of whether a diagnosis has already been made or there is initially only a vague feeling of being overwhelmed or inner tension. At the same time, I have repeatedly been able to observe how courage, confidence, and joy in life return when those affected receive appropriate support.
Witnessing this development motivates me every day. With professional competence, empathy, and scientifically based methods, I want to support young people and their families in overcoming challenges, gaining confidence in dealing with them, and achieving greater well-being in the long term.
